Dear Colleagues:

The April 22-25, 2002, FIFTH Symposium is coming together. I urge you
to look at the Logistical Information at

This contains general content information, registration forms, and
special instructions for attendees who are citizens of Countries other
than the U.S. The Symposium is unclassified.

Following is the Techncal Program. In addition to this will be some
Plenary Talks by Operational Commanders and by individuals with hands
on demining experience in the field, It is not too late for additional
paper contributions. Register early.
