SOCIETY FOR COUNTER-ORDNANCE TECHNOLOGY (SCOT)
ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION have been approved by the State Corporation
Commission of the Commonwealth of Virginia; the Bylaws have been
approved and adopted by the initial Board of Directors; and
Application to the Internal Revenue Service is being made for
status as a Not-for-Profit Corporation under Sec 501(c)(3) of the
Internal Revenue Code of 1986. When such status is granted,
Membership contributions and Corporate contributions will be
deductible for Federal income tax purposes.

Meetings
Memberships
- Classes of Voting Members. The membership dues,
in $US, for each class of Voting Member were set by the Board of
Directors; initially, Active Members, $25 per annum;. Contributing
Members, $100 per annum; and Patron Members, $500 per annum.
- Classes of Corporate Members. The Board of
Directors shall set the membership dues for each class of
Corporate Members; initially, Bronze, $500 - $999; Silver, $1000 -
$4999; and Gold, $5000 and above per annum.
